3. ORDERING
3.1 When placing an order through our website, you agree to follow the instructions provided during the checkout process.
3.2 Product prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for shipments within the European Union, unless otherwise explicitly stated. For shipments outside the EU, prices may be displayed exclusive of VAT, and local import duties/taxes may apply upon arrival (see Section 6).
3.3 You agree to provide valid payment information for all orders placed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
3.4 Should you realize you have made an error in your order after submitting it, please contact us immediately at shoponline@raggianti.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee amendments can be made once the order processing has commenced.
3.5 Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order details. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract between you and RAGGIANTI is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a separate shipment confirmation email. We reserve the right, at our discretion, not to accept an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, inability to obtain authorization for payment, or suspicion of fraudulent activity or intent for commercial resale.
3.6 We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. You also have the right to cancel your order according to the conditions outlined in Section 5 and our Return Policy (Section 8). If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days but may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on third-party courier services and potential unforeseen delays (e.g., customs clearance).
4.2 We will endeavor to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected significant delay in the delivery of your order. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery at the address provided. If you are not available, the courier may leave a notification card with instructions on re-delivery or collection from a local depot. If delivery attempts repeatedly fail due to your absence or refusal to accept the package, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the product cost, potentially deducting reasonable administrative charges incurred due to the failed delivery.
4.4 Delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we will contact you to discuss potential alternatives or arrange for cancellation and a full refund.
4.5 Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address or upon collection by you or your nominated representative from the courier.
4.6 Please handle packages with care when opening them to avoid inadvertently damaging the product(s) inside.
5. CANCELLATION
5.1 We may need to cancel a contract if a product you ordered becomes unavailable for any reason after your order has been placed. In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
5.2 You may request cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at shoponline@raggianti.com. However, cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to receive the order and return it according to our Return Policy (see Section 8).
6. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
6.1 If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the European Union, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country upon arrival. These additional charges are your responsibility as the importer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order. RAGGIANTI is not responsible for any such charges or for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
7. FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
7.1 We are committed to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship synonymous with the RAGGIANTI name. In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective or faulty, please contact our Customer Serenity team as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of discovering the fault) at shoponline@raggianti.com. Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible.
7.2 Upon receiving your claim, we will assess the situation. If the product is confirmed to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs you incurred. If, after inspection, the item is determined not to be faulty, or the damage is due to misuse or wear and tear, we will return the item to you.
7.3 Please note that products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the provided care instructions are not considered faulty under this policy.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES - YOUR PEACE OF MIND
8.1 At Raggianti, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our creations is paramount. In line with Italian consumer protection laws and our dedication to exceptional service, we offer you an extended period of 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it is perfect for you and to initiate a return for eligible items.

This policy provides all the necessary guidance for a smooth and graceful return experience.
9. VOUCHERS, GIFT CARDS, STORE CREDIT, AND PROMO CODES
9.1 From time to time, we may offer promotional vouchers, gift cards, or issue store credit. The use of such credits or codes is subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of issue or purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers or gift cards. We reserve the right to close customer accounts or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher or gift card is redeemed or used to make purchases.
9.2 Voucher Conditions: Promotional vouchers typically have validity periods and may be subject to minimum spend requirements or product exclusions. They are generally non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Usually, only one promotional voucher code can be applied per order. If you return items purchased with a voucher, the refund amount may be adjusted proportionally to account for the voucher value.
9.3 Gift Card Conditions: Gift cards should be treated like cash; you are responsible for their safekeeping. They typically expire 18 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. Any unused balance will remain on the card until expiry and can be used for future purchases. Refunds for orders paid entirely or partially with a gift card are typically issued back as store credit.
9.4 Store Credit Conditions: Store credit is typically issued to the original customer account and is non-transferable. It usually expires 18 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds for orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be reissued as store credit.
10. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
10.1 This section outlines the extent of RAGGIANTI's liability in connection with your use of the website and purchase of products, subject always to applicable laws.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms of Service shall affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Italian law.
