RAGGIANTI - Our Promise of Serenity: Returns & Exchanges
At RAGGIANTI, we craft each piece with passion and the utmost care, hoping it brings you endless joy. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we wish for your experience with our creations to be seamless. Should you find that your selection is not quite perfect, our return process is designed to be as graceful as the Mediterranean breeze.
1. Your Statutory Right of Return (EU/Italy)
1.1. In accordance with Italian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 14 days from the moment your RAGGIANTI treasure arrives. During this time, you may return eligible items without needing to specify a reason. Kindly note that the direct costs of the return shipment will be your responsibility.
1.2. For reasons of hygiene and the protection of our clientele, this right of withdrawal does not extend to sealed items (such as swimwear where the hygienic seal is broken) that have been opened after delivery.
2. The Raggianti Extended Grace Period - 30 Days to Decide
2.1. As a testament to our confidence in the artistry and quality of RAGGIANTI, we offer an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. This additional time allows you to ensure your complete contentment with your chosen piece.
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
3.1. To facilitate a smooth return, we kindly ask that the following conditions are met:
The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same pristine condition in which they arrived.
All original tags, labels, and any accompanying packaging must remain intact.
Items should be returned within their original RAGGIANTI packaging if possible.
3.2. A Note on Our Swimwear: For Hygiene and Your Well-being For the well-being of all our customers, we can only accept returns of swimwear if the original hygienic seal remains unbroken. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
3.3. Treasures Marked as Final Sale: Occasionally, certain exquisite pieces may be offered as "final sale." These items, clearly indicated on their product page, are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Countries Accepting Returns

We accept returns from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
4.2. For orders from unlisted countries: Please contact us before purchase at shoponline@raggianti.com to discuss specific return conditions.
5. Starting Your Return
5.1. To begin the return process, please contact our dedicated Customer Serenity team within the applicable return period (30 days under our extended policy) at shoponline@raggianti.com. Kindly provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will then guide you through the subsequent steps and provide a return authorization, if necessary.
6. Return Shipping
6.1. The responsibility for the costs associated with returning the item(s) rests with you. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking, ensuring the safe arrival of your return. RAGGIANTI cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during their return transit.
6.2. Free Return: For defective items on orders above €100, we cover return shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing
7.1. Once your returned item(s) have been received and carefully inspected by our atelier, we will notify you regarding the approval or any unforeseen issues with your refund.
7.2. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that the processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider's policies.
7.3. Unless the return is due to a defect in craftsmanship or an error in your order, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges
8.1. At this time, our process involves returning the original item for a full refund and then placing a new order for your desired alternative. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
9.1. Should you receive an item that is not up to our rigorous standards or is incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Serenity team immediately at shoponline@raggianti.com. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will gladly cover any return shipping costs.
