1. Order Processing Time
1.1. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team in Puglia processes and prepares your order for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Italian public holidays).
1.2. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
1.3. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, complete with tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
2.1. We ship from Italy worldwide through reliable, insured courier partners.
2.2. Italy:
- Free shipping on all orders over €100
- Orders under €100: Standard shipping fee €7.00
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Courier: Trackable express service
2.3. Europe:
- Free shipping on all orders over €150
- Orders under €100: Standard shipping fee €10.00
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Courier: Trackable express service
2.4. International (Rest of World):
- Free shipping on all orders over €250
- Orders under €250: Standard shipping fee €20.00
- Delivery time: 5-12 business days after dispatch
- Courier: Trackable international service

4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:
- Unique tracking number
- Link to monitor delivery progress online
- Estimated delivery time for your destination
4.2. You can track your order 24/7 through the provided link.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
5.1. For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, your package may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Local taxes levied by the destination country
5.2. Important: These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. RAGGIANTI has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5.3. Customs policies vary widely. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing your order.
5.4. Delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, which are outside our control.
6. Delivery Responsibilities
6.1. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
6.2. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for:
- Scheduled re-delivery
- Collection from a local pickup point
6.3. Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid the package being returned to us.
6.4. If delivery attempts repeatedly fail, we may charge re-shipping fees.
7. Our Packaging
7.1. Your RAGGIANTI order will arrive thoughtfully packaged in our signature packaging, ensuring:

8. Limitations and Exclusions
8.1. Provided delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
8.2. RAGGIANTI is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Adverse weather conditions
- Force majeure events
8.3. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
9. Shipping Address Changes
9.1. Shipping address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

9.3. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipment.
